free parking comfortable beds
the free parking was very convenient. the room was clean and the beds felt new (i had a good rest).
i noticed the bedside lights could not be operated independently. turning off the main light also turned off the bedside lights, a bit inconvenient.

functional but flawed
broken tv inadequate tea bags
the staff was friendly.
The tv in my room didn't work, frustrating after a long day. the room wasn't cleaned every day, and i had to request fresh towels. the window wouldn't close properly, so the room was quite cold and drafty. there were not enough tea bags provided either.

The check-in staff was friendly, I appreciated it. My room was good, and the bed was comfortable. I was happy with the quiet. It was so nice.
The carpets was worn. They could use replacement.

A Superb Stay Experience
quick check-in helpful staff convenient petrol station free parking
Check-in was really quick and efficient. The staff gave helpful directions to nearby places. A petrol station with snack foods located nearby proved convenient, since I arrived late. Free parking available at the hotel was very useful (a great plus!).
The shower had a weak water flow.

I previously stayed at this hotel and noticed the rooms had been refurbished well. The staff were much more attentive than on my previous visit. The hotel provided convenient on-site parking and 24-hour check-in. A full English breakfast was delivered to my room and was quite tasty.
The shower fitting wasn't properly attached to the wall and this looked slightly dated.

functional stay close to the motorway
easy access on-site parking delicious breakfast convenient option
the hotel was really accessible from the motorway! a full english breakfast was purchased and delivered right to my room. it was very tasty. i needed a cheap option with 24hr check-in and on-site parking as i knew i would be arriving late, this hotel was perfect.
the bathroom door didn't shut very well, though that was the only thing!
